Career Bio
After a few years of self teaching, I was given my apprenticeship at 'Wonders Ink' in Bowie, MD in 1992.  In 1993 I found a spot at 'The War Party' and 'DuRay Designs' where I was introduced to a full production art studio, and had the chance to explore various mediums, at various scales.  In 1995 I met Kenny Warnika .  A week later we opened 'Sins of the skin'.  I left there and toured the states doing guest spots and hitting every convention I could find.  I returned to MD in 97 and worked a few local shops until 2001 when I moved to Columbus, OH. and took a graphic design position with LCS.  In 02 I was persuaded into opening another studio, 'the Crimson Phoenix'.  Still working LCS during the days, and the studio in the evenings.  I took partners with Christian Schroeder, and we changed the name to 'Under the Gun' and moved into a cozy little shopping center.  Then I begot my Huntington Adventure in 2005! After picking up a few fixer uppers, I found out how serious zoning laws were, and couldn't open a business there, ect. ect.. I became a landlord, hence the title 'Lord George Holderby'.  Despite the 3 hr drive from Huntington to Columbus, I still pulled a weekly shift at 'Under the Gun' for almost a year and a half.  Only to be foiled by a suspended driving license.  Staying close to home, I find myself starting 2007 at 'Thee Inkwell' in Catlettsburg, Ky.  Then in May of 08', I bought 'Thee Inkwell'. Now I'm Owner/Operator again.

I'm excited about a new project.  I'm building a video game, featuring my family, in my house fending off hordes of zombies.  The zombies are lead by the original zombie, Jesus H. Christ himself.  Just an experiment, testing the waters of game programming.   I cant wait to see my four year old with an assault rifle on a rampage.

Update!  Building a game is a tough one man project, still workin on it.

update... still   workin  on  it.

Stay Tuned.
